Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 FORS <br /> (209) 468-3420 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground storage tank site located at <br /> 4520 S. HWY 99 has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) . The <br /> plan is a proposal for the re-excavation of approximately 20 - 30 <br /> yards of soil which was contaminated due to unauthorized releases <br /> associated with underground storage tanks (UST) which were <br /> located on the property. , <br /> PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State <br /> and Federal laws and regulations and that! the resultant work will <br /> not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed <br /> the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> PHS-EHD office; 445 N. San Joaquin Street; Stockton, during <br /> normal working hours, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. <br /> Final approval for the plan is scheduled for Friday, October 14, <br /> 1994 . <br /> Questions should be directed to Diane M.
