P. , PORT OF STOCKTON FUEL TERMINAL, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CASE NO. 3661
We have reviewed the 13 July 1992 addendum to the 11 June 1992 site assessment work plan
for the Santa Pacific Pipeline Partners (SFPP) bulk fuel facility at the Port of Stockton.
The amended work plan proposes to destroy Monitoring Well (MW) 2, drill six soil borings,
and convert two of the borings into monitoring wells.
We hereby approve the amended work plan for the first phase of investigation. As your
representatives and we agreed at a meeting on 8 July, the report for the investigation is
due on 8 September 1992.
