The <br /> Semiannual Report summarizes the results of monitoring activities conducted in July 2001. We <br /> have no comments on the QMR or Semiannual Report. <br /> The Work Plan Addendum discusses previous investigations at the site including tests for <br /> remedial alternatives and delineation activities conducteded in May 2001. KMEP recommends <br /> evaluation of monitored natural attenuation for one year. The Work Plan Addendum proposes <br /> increasing the number of wells sampled and the analyses conducted. KMEP would coordinate <br /> sampling with the Stockton Terminal Technical Committee sampling events. <br /> The Work Plan Addendum is hereby approved. KMEP must include quarterly sampling <br /> summaries and results with the semiannual reports as outlined in Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program No. 5-01-821. By 3 March 2003, KMEP must provide a report summarizing all <br /> California Environmental Protection Agency <br /> 0 Recycled Paper <br /> The energy challenge facing California is real.
