Work Plan <br /> Limited Subsurface Investigation <br /> 15,700 South McKinley Avenue <br /> Lathrop, California <br /> Purpose <br /> The purpose of this investigation is to evaluate subsurface conditions in the vicinity of a truck wash <br /> area at the subject property to satisfy lending institution requirements for financing the property. <br /> Scope of Work <br /> One two-inch diameter soil boring will be advanced with a direct push Geoprobe-type drilling rig. <br /> The boring will be advanced to groundwater, estimated to be approximately 15 feet below ground <br /> surface. One groundwater sample will be collected and analyzed for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons <br /> by EPA Method 8015M and volatile organic hydrocarbons (VOCs) by EPA Method 8260. The <br /> sample will be immediately labeled and placed in a chilled cooler for transport to the analytical <br /> laboratory, following standard chain-of-custody procedures. <br /> All work will be performed according to a site-specific Health and Safety Plan, in accordance with <br /> CFR 1910.120. <br />
