A breakdown of the request, and the <br /> proposed scope of work is detailed as follows. <br /> ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> Evaluation of Drilling Derived Wastes <br /> The characterization and disposal of "drilling derived wastes" (drilling returns and <br /> decontamination rinscate) was not included in either our proposals to the City of Escalon, or <br /> our contract with them. Additionally, during our field work, some of'the drums werc moved by <br /> City of Escalon personnel prier to our labeling_ In order to dispose of the waste, the following <br /> must be accomplished: <br /> 1) Tht City of Escalon must submit our report for the work conducted to the regulatory <br /> agencies specified in our report's recommendations. <br /> 2) Kleinfelder personnel would inventory all of the drums at the individual properties and <br /> those moved by the City.
