Advanced __
GeoEnvironmental, Inc .
April 2015
AGE Project No. 15-3394
Mr. Johnny Yokum
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95205
Subject: Phase II Limited Site Assessment Work Plan
MILLER TRUST PROPERTY
6025-6029 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, California
Dear Mr. Yokum:
At the request of Mr. James M. Morris of the Miller Trust Property, Advanced
GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Phase 11 Limited Site Assessment
Work Plan for the site located at 6025-6029 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, California. The
work plan provides procedures for the collection of soil and soil-vapor samples at the
subject site. A site plan depicting the proposed boring locations is illustrated in Figure 1.
INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
Historical information available for the site address indicates that a dry cleaning facility
was formerly located in the western portion of the site. Based on this information, AGE
proposes to advance a total of four borings at the site for collection of soil and soil-vapor
samples. Detailed field procedures for the proposed work are provided below.
SCOPE OF WORK
AGE proposes to advance a total of four soil borings at the site. Two of the proposed
borings will be advanced to approximate depths of ten (10) feet bsg for collection of soil-
vapor samples; and two soil borings will be advanced to an approximate depth of 15
feet bsg for collection of soil samples. Proposed soil boring locations are depicted in
Figure 1.
Borings will be advanced using a Geoprobe 5400 direct-push probing unit or hand-
tooling. Soil samples will be collected at five-foot intervals, beginning at five feet bsg
from the soil borings proposed to 15 feet bsg for lithologic logging and for collection of
soil samples. Soil samples will not be collected from the proposed soil-vapor borings.
837 Shaw Road• Stockton,CA 9215
Telephone(209)467-1006 • Fax(209)467-1118
