INC.
establish existing water quality conditions near the outer bounds
of the Lincoln Village Center.
Based on information generated from completion of the above tasks, addition-
al work may be required. The exact scope and level of effort is not quanti-
fiable at this time, but will be addressed at the completion of the Phase I
work and recommended for Phase II.
PHASE I - INVESTIGATION
TASK 1 - SITE HISTORY
The history of product use and disposal practices of potential contaminants
will be documented, based on existing information plus interviews with the
operators of the dry-cleaners and other establishments that are possible
sources of contamination. Dates and quantities of product disposal will be
documented insofar as data are available. Source evaluation will include
documentation of the use of floor drains or other means of disposal .
TASK 2 - EVALUATION OF EXISTING DATA
Existing data include geologic logs and construction details of wells in the
area, as-built sewer and storm drain plans, pumping records of Lincoln
Village wells and analytical laboratory data for water samples from Lincoln
Village wells. Other information may be available from the RWQCB, San
Joaquin Local Health District and San Joaquin County Public Works Depart-
ment, County Maintenance District, Department of Water Resources, Department
of Health Services and U.S. Geological Survey.
