The Discharger shall include groundwater elevation contour <br /> and pollutant isoconcentration maps in the quarterly reports and shall evaluate <br /> the progress of the soil and/or ground water cleanup. After one year, the Board <br /> will consider reducing the frequency of required contour maps. <br /> The fourth quarterly report in any year shall include an annual summary of the <br /> monitoring program and the results of general mineral , metals, HVOCs, and total <br /> dissolved solids analyses. The report shall include, but not be limited to, <br /> pollutant concentration versus time plots, pollutant isoconcentration contour <br /> maps for PCE and TCE, ground water elevation contour maps, analytical data and <br /> a table summarizing well construction details. The report shall interpret and <br /> explain anomalies in the data. <br /> Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the <br /> 20th day of the month following the quarter' s end. <br />
