REPORTING In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The Discharger shall include groundwater elevation contour and pollutant isoconcentration maps in the quarterly reports and shall evaluate the progress of the soil and/or ground water cleanup. After one year, the Board will consider reducing the frequency of required contour maps. The fourth quarterly report in any year shall include an annual summary of the monitoring program and the results of general mineral , metals, HVOCs, and total dissolved solids analyses. The report shall include, but not be limited to, pollutant concentration versus time plots, pollutant isoconcentration contour maps for PCE and TCE, ground water elevation contour maps, analytical data and a table summarizing well construction details. The report shall interpret and explain anomalies in the data. Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 20th day of the month following the quarter' s end.
