CLEANUP AND ABATEMENT ORDER -9- <br /> LINCOLN PROPERTIES, LIMITED <br /> LINCOLN VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 19. Technical reports submitted to the Board in response to this order shall be <br /> prepared by a California Registered Civil Engineer, Registered Geologist, <br /> or Certified Engineering Geologist with experience in contaminated soil and <br /> ground water cleanups. <br /> 20. Lincoln shall provide to the Board all information necessary for the Board <br /> to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> 21. If, for any reason, Lincoln is unable to perform any activity or submit any <br /> document in compliance with the schedule set forth herein, or in compliance <br /> with any work schedule submitted pursuant to this Order and approved by the <br /> Executive Officer, Lincoln may request, in writing, an extension of the time <br /> specified. The extension request shall include justification for the delay. <br /> An extension shall be granted only be revision of this Order. <br /> WILLIAM H.
