Perforations were installed between 210 and 262 feet below the ground surface. A
PVC liner was installed to a depth of 254 feet with the well with perforations from 85 to
115 and from 145 to 254 feet. The annular space between the PVC liner and the original
well casing was packed with sand. To effectively destroy this well, it is necessary to
remove all of the PVC liner and sand pack, then proceed with the puncturing of the casing
and pressure grouting the well as previously discussed.
Once again, thank you for the opportunity to review the well destruction proposal. It is in
everyone's best interest to implement the most thorough well destruction program. We
hope that our comments and recommendations will be useful.
