The following individuals attended the site meeting:
• Brett Hunter. Chevron
• Heather Heath, Chevron
• Royce Cunningham, Levine-Fricke-Recon.(LFR)
• Michael Glaser, LFR
The purpose of the site meeting was to discuss and clarify several access issues related to
performing field activities associated with the subject Phase I IRA. This letter is intended to serve
as an addendum to our prior "Request for Access," requesting property access, dated April 20,
1998 from Mr- Don Bradshaw of LFR ("the Request"), and to document verbal agreements that
were trade during the site meeting regarding these specific access issues. All other agreements
regarding access are as described in the Request_
Location and Drilling of Extraction Wells
As agreed in the site meeting, extraction well GF-W-7, extraction well GEW-8, and equipment box
EB-I will he installed in concrete-paved areas in the vicinity of the locations shown in the Request.
However, well GEW-8 will not be located in the landscape area as shown in previous figures. Both
wells will be drilled as close to the concrete curb as is possible, while still providing room to install
the required vault and piping.
LFR clearly understands that it is important to prevent any disruptions to business and product
delivery at the station while drilling the extraction wells. Therefore, LFR agrees to locate the
drilling rig in a northwesterly alignment while drilling extraction well GEW-8 (see Figure 1 of the
Request)- The drill rig will be located in a southwesterly alignment while drilling extraction well
1900 Powell Street, 12th Floor, Emeryville, Cali!o,n,a 94608-1827 • (510) 652-4500 • lar (510) 652-2246
OtOces worldwide
UTO/OiOQI 'y'5'!1 hOH.13H OLC9 Zt9 CITU$ 4f:90 961LZiUO
