0 <br /> Levine-Fricke-Recon <br /> ENGINEERS,HVDROGEOLOGISTS&APPLIED SCIENTISTS <br /> The RWQCB responded to LFR's letter concerning "Comments to NPDES Permit No. <br /> CA0084255 and Tentative WDRs for the Settling Dry Cleaning Defendants, Lincoln Center <br /> Groundwater Treatment System, San Joaquin County, Issued on January 29, 1998," on <br /> March 19, 1998. <br /> • The RWQCB requested DTSC to waive the hazardous waste facility permitting requirements <br /> for the Phase I IRA treatment unit in its letter from Ms. Wendy Cohen to Ms. Peggy Harris, <br /> dated March 25, 1998. Based on the RWQCB's determination that the Phase I IRA Detailed <br /> Plan meets the requirements of Health and Safety Code §25323.1 and §25358.9, DTSC <br /> waived the requirements for a hazardous waste facility permit pursuant to Health and Safety <br /> Code §25358.9 for the operation of the proposed on-site treatment facility at Lincoln Center. <br /> Anticipated Future Document Submittals <br /> The following documents are scheduled to be issued during the next bimonthly period: <br /> Draft revisions to the "Quarterly Monitoring Plan, Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," <br /> dated May 3, 1996, and revised April 8, 1997. Revisions will include revised sample <br /> locations. <br /> • Draft revisions to the "Work Plan for Environmental Investigation, Lincoln Center, Stockton, <br /> California," dated September 23, 1996, and revised October 15, 1997, which will include <br /> revised sampling and updated laboratory procedures: <br /> 1. Field Sampling Plan (Appendix B), Revision 4 <br /> 2. Quality Assurance Project Plan (Appendix C), Revision 5 <br /> 3.
