Levine-Fricke-Recon <br /> ENGINEERS,HVDROGEOLOGISTS 8 APPLIED SCIENTISTS <br /> Documents Submitted or Received <br /> The following documents were completed and issued during the bimonthly period: <br /> • The "Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report, October 1 through December 31, 1997 <br /> (Fourth Quarter 1997), Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," dated February 13, 1998. <br /> • The "Draft Work Request for Department of Toxic Substances Control Oversight and Review <br /> of Ecological and Human Health Risk Assessment, Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," was <br /> sent to the DTSC on February 27, 1998. <br /> • The "Draft Interim Source Area Remedial Investigation Report, Lincoln Center, Stockton, <br /> California," was submitted to the RWQCB for review and approval on February 27, 1998. <br /> • The "Phase I Interim Remedial Action Detailed Plan, Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," <br /> dated February 27, 1998, was submitted to the Court for its review and approval. The Court <br /> issued an Agreed Order approving the same document on March 2, 1998. <br /> • Advance public notification was provided on March 9, 1998, to residents located in the <br /> immediate vicinity of Locations 1, 5, 9, and 11 for the proposed CPT/PIPP plume perimeter <br /> investigation conducted in the neighborhoods upgradient and downgradient of Lincoln Center <br /> (see Figure 1 for locations). <br /> Fact Sheet No. 3 was issued to all parties and residents in the vicinity of Lincoln Center on <br /> March 17, 1998. Fact Sheet No. 3 described findings of the RI and upcoming RI and IRA field <br /> activities as well as an announcement of the Lincoln Center Community Meeting. <br /> • A Public Notice of the Lincoln Center Public Meeting held on March 31, 1998, was published <br /> in The Record from March 17 through 31, 1998. <br /> Permit applications for field activities, including the Plume Perimeter Investigation and the <br /> Phase I IRA extraction well and piezometer installation, were submitted to the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division; San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Public Works; and City of Stockton Department of Public Works. <br /> The following documents were received during the bimonthly period: <br /> The RWQCB approved the "Phase I Interim Remedial Action Detailed Plan, Lincoln Center, <br /> Stockton, California," on February 11, 1998.
