WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS 4- <br /> SETTLING DRY CLEANING DEFENDANTS <br /> LINCOLN VILLAGE CENTER <br /> GROUNDWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY , <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Settling Dry Cleaning Defendants, its agents, successors <br /> and assigns,in order to meet the provisions contained in Division 7 of the California Water Code <br /> and regulations adopted thereunder, and the provisions of the Clean Water Act and regulations <br /> and guidelines adopted thereunder, shall comply with the following: <br /> A. Discharge Prohibitions: <br /> 1. Discharge of treated wastewater at a location or in a manner different from that <br /> described in Finding No. 2 is prohibited. <br /> 2. The by-pass or overflow of wastes to surface waters is prohibited, except as allowed <br /> by Standard Provision A.13. <br /> B. Effluent Limitations: <br /> 1.
