CA0084255 <br /> FOR <br /> SETTLING DRY CLEANING DEFENDANTS <br /> LINCOLN VILLAGE CENTER <br /> GROUNDWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> This Monitoring and Reporting Program contains minimum monitoring and reporting <br /> requirements necessary to determine compliance with the Waste Discharge Requirements Order <br /> No. . Monitoring requirements are established for the different phases of the groundwater <br /> treatment system operation: the treatment performance evaluation and the full-scale operation. <br /> TREATMENT PERFORMANCE EVALUATION MONITORING <br /> The objectives of this phase are to monitor the performance of the extraction well and to <br /> determine the effectiveness of the treatment system to meet effluent limitations.
