Monitoring requirements are established for the different phases of the groundwater <br /> treatment system operation: the treatment performance evaluation and the full-scale operation. <br /> TREATMENT PERFORMANCE EVALUATION MONITORING <br /> The objectives of this phase are to monitor the performance of the extraction well and to <br /> determine the effectiveness of the treatment system to meet effluent limitations.
