Influent samples shall be representative of the volume and nature of the influent. Time <br /> of collection of a grab sample shall be recorded. The following shall constitute the influent <br /> monitoring program: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Type of Sample Frequencyl <br /> Flow mgd -- Continuous <br /> VOCs' µg/1 Grab Monthly <br /> BTEX2 µg/1 Grab Monthly <br /> Lead(total) µg/I Grab Monthly <br /> Oxygenate Compounds po Grab Monthly <br /> 1 Sampling frequency starting with the first week of full-scale operation for influent sampling <br /> be daily for week one, every other day for week two, weekly for weeks three through twelve, <br /> and monthly beginning with week thirteen. <br /> 1 By EPA Method 601 or equivalent <br /> 2 BTEX= analyses for benzene, toluene,xylene and ethylbenzene by EPA Method 602 or <br /> equivalent <br /> 3 By EPA Method 8260 <br /> EFFLUENT MONITORING <br /> Effluent samples shall be collected at the discharge prior to being discharged into the storm drain <br /> system. Effluent samples shall be representative of the volume and quality of the discharge. <br /> Time of collection of samples shall be recorded.
