MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. • - 3 - <br /> Lincoln <br /> 3 -Lincoln Center, Stockton <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> REPORTING <br /> When reporting data, the Discharger shall arrange the information in tabular form so that the D <br /> date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be <br /> summarized in such a manner as to illustrate clearly the compliance with this Order. In addition, <br /> the Discharger shall notify the Board within 48 hours of any unscheduled shutdown of any soil <br /> vapor and/or groundwater extraction system. <br /> As required by the California Business and Professions Code Sections 6735, 7835, and 7835.1, T <br /> all reports shall be prepared by a registered professional or their subordinate and signed by the <br /> registered professional. <br /> Bi-annual reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 1st day of the second month following <br /> the end of first and third calendar trimester(i.e., by 1 June and 1 February) until such time <br /> as the Executive Officer determines that the reports are no longer necessary. Each bi-annual <br /> report is to include the following minimum information: <br /> (a) a description of the groundwater sampling event, including field logs. At a minimum, field <br /> logs shall contain water quality parameters measured before, during, and after purging, <br /> method of purging, depth of water, volume of water purged, etc.; <br /> (b) groundwater contour maps for all groundwater zones, if applicable; <br /> (c) isocontour contaminant concentration maps for all groundwater zones, if applicable; T <br /> (d) a table showing well construction details such as well number, groundwater zone being 1"1 <br /> monitored, coordinates (northings and eastings), ground surface elevation, reference 11 <br /> elevation, elevation of screen, elevation of bentonite, elevation of filter pack, and elevation <br /> of well bottom; <br /> (e) a table showing historical lateral and vertical (if applicable) flow directions and gradients; <br /> (f) cumulative data tables containing the water quality analytical results and depth to T <br /> groundwater in printed and electronic spreadsheet format (data in electronic spreadsheet 1 <br /> format will also be submitted by October 1 following the second tri-annual sampling event <br /> with a cover letter noting significant sample analysis results such as new detections, <br /> significant increases or decreases in measured concentration levels and other pertinent <br /> remedial system operational changes); <br /> (g) a copy of the laboratory analytical data report; <br />
