<br /> Prior to construction of any new groundwater monitoring or extraction wells, the Discharger shall
<br /> submit plans and specifications to the Board for review and approval. Once installed, all new
<br /> wells shall be added to the monitoring program and shall be sampled and analyzed according to
<br /> the schedule below.
<br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING
<br /> As shown on Figure 1, there are 31 A-zone monitoring wells, 16 B-zone monitoring wells, three
<br /> C-zone monitoring wells, one water supply well, 22 piezometers, six monitoring wells associated T
<br /> with the former Chevron station(three are sampled by Lincoln Trust), and 12 monitoring wells K
<br /> associated with a former Exxon station(not sampled by Lincoln Trust). Monitoring wells
<br /> MW-011A and MW-102A are not sampled due to their proximity to monitoring well MW-101A.
<br /> The groundwater monitoring program for 52 of the monitoring wells and any wells installed
<br /> subsequent to the issuance of this MRP, shall follow the schedule below. The volume of
<br /> extracted groundwater also shall be provided in bi-annual monitoring reports. Reporting
<br /> requirements in National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit No. CA0084255 and
<br /> Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. 98-062 shall be submitted under separate cover as A
<br /> specified. Sample collection and analysis shall follow standard EPA protocol. A
