Oil has been picked up by George M Lowry, Inc., Environmental <br /> Services Division using Consolidated Manifest Invoice No. 21390 (Attached). <br /> The lidless containers contained machining coolant oil (a combination of oil and <br /> water). One empty 55-gallon drum outside the back shop was not labeled or <br /> managed within one year. Containers larger than five gallons that previously <br /> held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were emptied and <br /> managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> * Immediately mark and manage all empty containers by reuse, recycle, or <br /> disposal per this section. Submit documentation of correction by December 19, <br /> 2011. <br /> Response: Extra drums that were emptied under Consolidated Manifest Invoice <br /> No. 21390, were subsequently removed under Consolidated Manifest Invoice <br /> 21369. Retained barrels have been marked with date they were emptied. <br /> 605 & 701. No hazardous waste label on seven 55-gallon drums and one 5- <br /> gallon bucket of waste oil at the waste oil storage area, and the three 55-gallon <br /> drums of waste oil in the back shop (see above Item #404). All hazardous waste <br /> containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />
