We have already discussed these dates with Mr. Mike Infurna, <br /> who is in agreement to oversee the well abandonment on these dates. However, he has requested that <br /> we send you this letter requesting your permission to authorize his overtime associated with his <br /> required oversight of these activities. We understand that we will be responsible for paying these <br /> overtime charges at$147 per hour. We have already sent the abandonment permit application to Mr. <br /> Mike Infurna and are awaiting his approval.
