The proposed treatment system is described- un she <br /> Additional Site Assessment and Remedial System Design Report dated August 18, 1999,whic'. <br /> approved by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Divistc <br /> (PHS/EHD)in a fax dated December 7, 1999 The necessary documentation is included in Appendix <br /> A;please review these documents carefully, and call if you have any questions The subject site is <br /> an active service station,and wall remain operational throughout the treatment system installation <br /> The treatment system proposes to utilize 13 vapor extraction wells to remedsate the soil, and t-;=,c <br /> groundwater extraction wells to remediate the groundwater beneath the site Many Marrs �-,, <br /> installed or partially installed, as listed below <br /> Items that already exist(see attached map): <br /> • Treatment remediation compound <br /> • All vapor and groundwater monitoring wells bave been installed <br /> • Underground piping for the groundwater pump and treat(MW-10 and <br /> the vapor monitoring wells (see attached well table) that will be m.anifolded to _. <br /> extraction system has been installed.
