V <br /> If the beneficial re-use option is pursued, all excavated soil will be screened with a PID, <br /> segregated as "clean", impacted and heavily-impacted, and stockpiled on-site. The stockpiles will <br /> be bermed for leachate control, constructed on plastic sheeting and covered. The "clean" soil <br /> stockpiled will be sampled and analyzed for possible re-use as backfill material or on-site <br /> disposal. The entire volume of stockpiled soil will be characterized according to the approved <br /> beneficial re-use sampling and analysis plan. <br /> 3.8 Documentation of Excavation and Waste Management Tasks <br /> A project report documenting all of the proposed work activities will be prepared and stamped by a <br /> state of California Registered Geologist and/or Professional Civil Engineer and submitted to <br /> PHSIEHD and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB).
