1 <br /> ti <br /> r <br /> Quarterly Report - Fourth Quarter 2001 <br /> r PACIFIC AUTO CENTER <br /> 25355 North Highway 99, Acampo, California <br /> r1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> r In accordance with the request of Mr Pat Meeks of the former Pacific Auto Center, Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmenW, Inc (AGE) has prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 25355 <br /> N Highway 99,Acampo,California The scope ofwork included quarterly ground water monitoring <br /> r and preparation of this report The location of the site and the immediately surrounding area are <br /> illustrated on Figure 1, structures and monitoring well locations on the site are illustrated on <br /> Figure 2 Background information is sun nnarized in the AGE-prepared Preliminary Site Assessment <br /> rReport, dated 07 April 1999 Data from previous ground water monitoring events is included in the <br /> tables of this report <br /> r2.0 PROCEDURES <br /> rField activities were performed m accordance with guidelines for investigation of underground <br /> storage tank(UST) sites and sampling ground water monitoring wells issued by the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region (RWQCB) and by the San Joaquin County Public <br /> r Health Services - Environmental Health Division(PHS-EHD), repectively <br /> r2 1 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION <br /> r <br /> On 10 December 2001, a Solinst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water <br /> iii the three wells relative to the tops of the well casings The ground water elevations and gradient <br /> were determined from this data(Table 1) <br /> rAfter depth to ground water measurements, a minimum of three casing-water volumes was purged <br /> from each well to be sampled using new disposable plastic bailers Approxnnately 3 to 6 gallons of <br /> r <br /> water were removed from each well Groundwater temperature,pH and conductivity were measured <br /> at regular intervals dunng the purge process using a Hydac water analyzer Field data sheets are <br /> included in Appendix A Purged water was stored on site m labeled, 55-gallon DOT-approved <br /> r drums <br /> r On 02 January 2002, a water sample was collected from the domestic well on-site Since no sampling <br /> port is present at the well head, a sample was collected from the'holding tank <br /> 2 2 COLLECTION AND LABORATORY ANALYSIS OF GROUND WATER SAMPLES <br /> i <br /> IWater samples were collected from each purged well using new disposable plastic bailers Each <br /> Advanced GeoEnvi ronmental,Inc <br /> r , <br />
