A map showing the storm water collection system including design details for the storm water <br /> inlet structures should be attached to the plan. <br /> 6. The plan anticipates that excess storm water will be discharge to the onsite injection well. The <br /> injection well should be tested and the results submitted to the Regional Board. A permit to <br /> discharge storm water to the injection well must be obtained and a copy of that permit submitted <br /> to the Regional Board. <br /> 7. A water balance for operation of this pond must be completed and submitted. <br /> 8. Discharge of a new waste to Pond 1 will require new Waste Discharge Requirements.
