Installation of three shallow groundwater monitoring wells. Two of the wells will be located as sentry wells near <br /> the two closest off-site domestic wells,the third will be located north of MW-5. These wells will be screened from <br /> approximately 50-70 feet below surface grade. <br /> 2. Installation of three deep,discretely screened monitoring wells. Two will be located on-site;one will be located <br /> off-site,near MW-7. These wells will be screened from approximately 95-100 feet below surface grade. <br /> 3. Access agreements and City of Stockton Encroachment Permits will be obtained,as well as San Joaquin County <br /> well installation permits. <br /> 4. Soil samples for analysis will be collected during the drilling of the boreholes. Selected samples will be submitted for <br /> analysis of petroleum hydrocarbons,fuel oxygenates and 1,2-dichloroethane. <br /> CONBIENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Copies of all access agreements and encroachment peunits must be submitted to SJC/EHD before county drilling <br /> permits can be issued. <br /> 2. Application for encroachment permits and requests for access agreements must be submitted immediately,there is <br /> no need to wait until April 15,2002 as stated in the Project Schedule. <br /> 3. Fieldwork must be completed by May 3,2002. <br /> 4. A report of findings must be submitted to SJC/EHD within 60 days following the completion of the fieldwork. <br /> 5. The narrative of the work plan states that two shallow groundwater monitoring wells will be installed,but the map <br /> indicates that three are proposed. Per Rusty Benkosky,three shallow wells will be installed. <br /> 6. A gap of information exists down-gradient from the site,between MW-7 and MW-6.
