The EHD does not consider that Stantec has provided <br /> adequate technical justification for delaying the vertical investigation for an additional year, <br /> but in the interest of moving this project forward approves implementation of the currently <br /> proposed scope of work, and after receipt of initial groundwater data from the reinstalled <br /> wells will direct further applicable investigation. <br /> Please proceed with submittal of a San Joaquin County Well Permit Application, $89.00 <br /> permit fee and $315.00 permit inspection fee for each parcel of land on which work will be <br /> performed. Access agreements and/or encroachment permits must be submitted with the <br /> permits. Deadline for implementation of the approved scope of work is September 29, 2008; <br /> a report of findings must be submitted to the EHD within 60 days following completion of the <br /> field work.
