At that time an approved work plan for additional site
assessment, dated May 6, 2004, had been approved by for implementation by the EHD. The
May 29, 2008 Work Plan did not incorporate the proposals made by SECOR in the May 2004
work plan. Please proceed with submittal of a Work Plan addendum that includes the
following additional investigative work:
1. Replacement of groundwater monitoring well MW-1.
2. Installation of additional deep groundwater monitoring wells as proposed in the
May 2004 work plan.
3. Installation of a deeper groundwater monitoring well as proposed in the May 2004
work plan.
The Work Plan Addendum is due for submittal to the EHD no later than July 18, 2008. If you
have any questions please call Lori Duncan at (209) 468-0337.
Sincerely,
Lori Duncan, REHS Nuel Henderson, PG
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist Professional Geologist
c: James Barton, CVRWQCB, 11020 Sun Center Drive #200, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
Rusty Benkosky, SECOR, 3017 Kilgore Road #100, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
