State Route 4, Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On November 18, 2021, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved a 1-Year Time <br /> Extension for previously approved A 1-Year Time Extension for previously approved Use Permit No. PA- <br /> 1900261 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Board of Supervisors by any interested party. Appeals <br /> must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$648.00. The 10-day appeal <br /> period ends at 4:30 p.m. on November 28, 2021. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period <br /> will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION:This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval by December 28, 2022,which <br /> is 30 months from the original effective date (June 28, 2020).
