The soil remediation system shall not be operated unless the combustion chamber is at or above the <br /> minimum operating temperature. The system shall automatically terminate operation if the temperature drops <br /> below the minimum operating temperature. [District NSR Rule] <br /> 14. The minimum operating temperature for the combustion chamber of the thermal oxidizer shall be <br /> maintained at or above 1,400 degrees F. [District NSR Rule] <br /> 15. The minimum operating temperature for the combustion chamber of the catalytic oxidizer shall be <br /> maintained at or above 600 degrees F. [District NSR Rule] <br /> 16. The Air Pollution Control Inspector shall be notified in writing when the thermal incinerator will be <br /> modified to operate in catalytic oxidizer mode prior to the modification.
