Assumptions to Proposal to Implement Corrective Action Plan (CAP) <br /> Montgomery Ward Auto Center,5400 Pacific Ave ,Stockton, CA <br /> PHS-EHD Site Code No 2163 and UST Cleanup Fund Claim No 1760 <br /> ■ All equipment,drilling, construction, and design specifications per Corrective Action Plan <br /> (CAP), Montgomery Ward Auto Service Center, 5400 Pacific Avenue Stockton California <br /> (Site Code 2163) by Environmental Audit Inc (EAI) dated July 6, 1998 <br /> • Bid based on unrestricted site access and no restrictions due to existing site opeiations <br /> • Regulatory interactions limited to what is required for system installation <br /> u Site, geologic, hydrogeologic, and contaminant conditions encountered during drilling and <br /> excavation are as described in RFP <br /> * Existing concrete at compound location is sufficient to support equipment and enclosure <br /> w Existing electric panel inside facility will provide sufficient power for system as specified in <br /> proposal Separate electric meter not included <br /> ■ Cost for electricity and gas for system operation not included in bid <br /> a Power can be routed directly though the inside of facility from electric panel to system <br /> location <br /> ■ Bid excludes extensive hand excavation due to unknown subsurface utilities <br /> • One week system start up period <br /> ■ Not responsible for delays to schedule due weather conditions and regulatory or client <br /> actions <br /> ■ No contaminated soils/water encountered during trenching <br /> ■ Bid based on 570 feet total trenching <br /> ■ Assume all concrete is 6 inches thick and asphalt 4 inches thick <br />
