I have attached a copy of that request dated 4 September, <br /> 1996 from Wendy Wyels. They would like the wells to be installed during October before the <br /> beginning of the rainy season. <br /> The work plan, showing the location of the proposed wells, was prepared by Sierra-Pacific <br /> Groundwater Consultants - Project No. 95-128.04, was delivered to your office for your review. <br /> Please respond, in writing, by September 25, 1996 so that we can respond to the RWQCB in a <br /> timely manner.
