L ti Work Plan Facility Demolition and Soil Excavation Stockton,California Sierra-Pacific Project No.95-128.06 • Contractor's documented health and safety program must address demolition, removal, Lhandling, loading, transportation, and disposal of structures, tanks, pipes, pavement, and other materials. The contractor must provide emergency telephones, an emergency shower, and toilet facilities for workers. • The contractor must include provisions for workers working in dark areas without power. The contractor must provide generators for power tools and a means to convey water for cleaning and dust control. LA pre-construction meeting will be scheduled with Cargill management and Griffith to review this work plan and revised H&S plan requirements. Upon initiation of the demolition work, a second H&S meeting will be scheduled, that will include Sierra-Pacific, Cargill management and all on-site Contractor employees. Upon completion of the meeting, Cargill will manage all contractor on-site health and safety activities. L5.0 PROJECT SCHEDULE LSierra-Pacific is prepared to initiate work described in this work plan upon authorization from Cargill. Completion of the scope of work is dependent on the time necessary to clean and remove the existing Ltanks and Product lines. In recent weeks, Sierra-Pacific has been in contact with Cargill management f and its contractor to discuss this scope of work. Based on these discussions, Sierra-Pacific anticipates 6. that pre-demolition activities will begin during the week of October 21, 1996 and demolition activities to be completed by early December 1996. Soil excavation activities are tentatively scheduled for May of 1997. Should a detailed completion schedule be requested, Sierra-Pacific will work with Cargill management and its contractor in developing a formal schedule with identified milestones and completion dates.
