SITE HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN i <br /> CCARGILL, INC. <br /> PORT ROAD NO. 8 <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> SIERRA-PACIFIC PROJECT NO. 95-128.02 <br /> 1.0 BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> This Health and Safety Plan (H&SP) describes basic safety requirements to conduct a soils <br /> investigation at Cargill, Inc.'s (Cargill) facility located at Port Road No. 8, Stockton, California. <br /> The location of the site is shown on Figures 1 and 2. <br /> CThe provisions of this plan apply to the employees of Sierra-Pacific Groundwater Consultants, <br /> Inc. (Sierra-Pacific), and its contractor working on this phase of.the project. The contractor <br /> may elect to increase the safety requirements for their work with the prior concurrence of <br /> Sierra-Pacific as described and .accepted in writing. <br /> g <br /> L <br /> This H&SP describes the expected potential hazards that may be encountered on site. Field <br /> r work is expected to begin during late February 1996.
