All personnel who will be <br /> r working on this project must undergo or be participating in annual medical evaluations before <br /> L E <br /> participating in these operations. Baseline and periodic health assessments for project <br /> . e [ <br /> personnel shall be consistent with OSHA regulations prescribed in 29 CFR 1910, especially [[ <br /> those in 1910.120 --Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response. <br /> onse. <br /> At a minimum, the examination should include: <br /> i <br /> F <br /> L • Medical and organization histories; <br /> 4 <br /> L • Physical examination; <br /> • Vision test; <br /> E <br /> • Urinalysis; <br /> • Blood chemistry panel and complete.blood count; <br /> I <br /> • Pulmonary function tests and respirator use clearance; and <br /> i <br /> • Optional tests (need to be determined by the examining physician) include X-rays, <br /> electrocardiograms, and bioassays. <br />- If the. SSO determines that significant exposure to hazardous materials has occurred in these � <br /> operations, a follow-up medical exam shall be conducted on the exposed individuals.
