Effective 1 January 2003, the Discharger shall maintain minimum daily average <br /> effluent DO concentration of 6.0 mg/1 from 1 September through 30 November and <br /> 5.0 mg/l throughout the remainder of year. <br /> 5. Effective 1 April 2007, the discharge shall not have a pH less than 6.5 nor greater <br /> than 8.5. Prior to 1 April 2007, the discharge shall not have a pH less than 6.0 nor <br /> greater than 8.5. Individual excursions below or above the prescribed minimum <br /> and maximum pH limitations shall not exceed 60 minutes,respectively. The total <br /> duration of excursions shall not exceed 1% of the discharge time within the <br /> reporting period. The Discharger shall conduct an internal review and report the <br /> reasons for any individual excursion exceeding 30 minutes in duration to the <br /> Regional Board within the self-monitoring report. <br /> 6. Interim effluent limits effective until 1 May 2006, when Title 22 <br /> filtration/disinfection is completed. The effluent shall not exceed the following <br /> limitations: <br /> Yearly Monthly Weekly Daily <br /> Constituents(Units) Total Averaee Average Maximum <br /> Total Coliform(MPN/loom]) 23 (median) 240 <br /> Copper(Rg/l) -- - <br /> - -- 1435 <br />
