Mr. Mario Jaques - 2 - 2 November 2000 <br /> The Reclaimer shall comply with the Monitoring and Reporting Program No. 95-183, which is part <br /> of this Order, and any revisions thereto as ordered by the Executive Officer. <br /> Pursuant to Section 13267 of the California Water Code, Mario Jaques shall immediately begin collecting <br /> and reporting the required data as required in the WDRs, and by 2 December 2000,provide a report <br /> presenting all the monitoring data that was due on 1 June 2000. If data is not available, then the report <br /> shall describe the steps which Mario Jaques will take to immediately implement the monitoring and <br /> reporting requirements of Order No. 95-183. <br /> Failure to submit the required monitoring reports will result in additional enforcement action which could <br /> include a fine of up to $1,000 per day per late report. If you have any questions about this Notice of <br /> Violation or the report requirements, please contact Tim O'Brien at (916)255-3116.
