Since all
stormwater which falls on the treatment plant site is collected and pumped to the headworks of the
plant, a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan has not been required in this permit.
Pretreatment
The permit specifies pretreatment requirements in conformance with 40 CFR Part 403. Quarterly
and annual reports are required to be submitted which detail the Discharger's pretreatment activities,
its compliance status, and any modifications, including a time schedule, to correct any violations.
PHL:6/30/94
