Since all <br /> stormwater which falls on the treatment plant site is collected and pumped to the headworks of the <br /> plant, a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan has not been required in this permit. <br /> Pretreatment <br /> The permit specifies pretreatment requirements in conformance with 40 CFR Part 403.
