The following shall constitute the <br /> water supply monitoring program: <br /> Constituents Units Sampling Frequency <br /> Standard Minerals mg/l Yearly at same time as effluent samples <br /> Specific Conductivity Micromhos/cm Quarterly <br /> @25°C <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l Quarterly <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in <br /> tabular form so that the date, the constituents, and the concentrations are <br /> readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner to illus- <br /> trate clearly the compliance with waste discharge requirements. <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th <br /> day of the following month. <br />
