Atten- <br /> tion shall be given to the presence or absence of: <br /> a. Floating or suspended matter (including oils) <br /> b. Discoloration <br /> C. Bottom deposits <br /> d. Aquatic life <br /> Notes on receiving water conditions shall be summarized in the monitoring <br /> report. <br />
