MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -4- <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> MAIN WATER QUALITY CONTROL PLANT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> INFLUENT MONITORING <br /> A sampling station shall be established and located where representative samples <br /> of the influent can be obtained. The following shall constitute the influent <br /> monitoring program: <br /> Constituent Units Type of Sample Sampling Frequency <br /> 20°C BOD5 mg/1 24 hr. Composite Mon - Fri <br /> Suspended Solids mg/l 24 hr. Composite Daily <br /> Specific Conductivity Micromhos/cm 24 hr. Composite Weekly <br /> @25°C <br /> Pentachlorophenol ug/l 24 hr. Composite Weekly <br /> Samples shall be collected at approximately the same time as effluent samples. <br /> WATER SUPPLY MONITORING <br /> Sampling stations shall be established where a representative sample of <br /> municipal water supply can be obtained. The following shall constitute the <br /> water supply monitoring program: <br /> Constituents Units Sampling Frequency <br /> Standard Minerals mg/l Yearly at same time as effluent samples <br /> Specific Conductivity Micromhos/cm Quarterly <br /> @25°C <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l Quarterly <br /> RECEIVING WATER STUDY <br /> To determine the dilution capacity of the San Joaquin River at the City's <br /> outfall and the water quality impact of the City' s discharge, a technical -eport <br /> prepared by a California registered civil engineer, knowledgeable in the area of <br /> water quality and river flow regimes, shall be provided by 1 April 1986.
