MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -4- <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> MAIN WATER QUALITY CONTROL PLANT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> INFLUENT MONITORING <br /> A sampling station shall be established and located where representative samples <br /> of the influent can be obtained. The following shall constitute the influent <br /> monitoring program: <br /> Constituent Units Type of Sample Sampling Frequency <br /> 20°C BOD5 mg/1 24 hr.
