CALIFORNIA REGIONAI, WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> ORDER NO. 78-229 <br /> WASTEWATER RECLAMATION PERMIT <br /> FOR <br /> FRANK PELLEGRI <br /> AND <br /> THE CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, (here- <br /> after Board) finds that: <br /> 1. Frank Pellegri (Landowner) has filed a report of wastewater reclamation with <br /> this regional board pursuant to Section 13522.5 of the California Water Code. <br /> 2. Frank Pellegri owns, or controls, agricultural lands indicated in the above <br /> report of wastewater reclamation. Such lands comprise 13 acres located on <br /> Roberts Island adjacent to the City of Stockton sewage treatment oxidation <br /> ponds in the NW 1/4 of .Section 17, TIN, P.6E, MDB&M. <br /> 3. The State Department of Health has established statewide reclamation criteria <br /> (Title 22, Division 4, Chapter 4, of the California Administrative Code) for <br /> the use of reclaimed wastewater. <br /> 4. Wastewaters for reclamation uses are to be supplied by the City of Stockton <br /> Main Water Quality Control Plant and have been treated to such degree that, <br /> under the provisions of Title 22, Division 4, Chapter 4, of the California Ad- <br /> ministrative Code, they may be used for the following purposes: <br /> a. Irrigation of fodder, fiber and seed crops <br /> b. Pasture for milking animals <br /> c. Landscape irrigation <br /> d. Landscape impoundments <br /> 5. The Board has consulated with the Department of Health and received its recom- <br /> mendations . <br /> 6. This project constitutes only a minor land alteration and as such is exempt <br /> from provisions of the California Environmental Quali_y Act (Public Resources <br /> Code Section 21000 et. seq.) in accordance with Section 15104 of Title 14, <br /> Chapter 3, Administrative Code. <br /> 7. The Board has notified the user and interested persons of its intent to <br /> prescribe wastewater reclamation requirements for the proposed use. <br /> 8. The Board in a public meeting heard and considered all comments pertaining to <br /> the use of these reclaimed wastewaters. <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that Frank Pellegri, Landowner, and the City of Stockton, <br /> shall comply with the following: <br />
