WASTEWATER RECLAMATION PERMIT - <br /> FRANY, PELLEGRI AND THE CITY OE, <br /> STOtKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> A. Specifications: <br /> 1. Reclaimed wastewater may be used for irrigation of pasture, fodder, fiber, <br /> or seed crops. <br /> 2. Reclaimed wastewaters shall not be used for irrigating food crops for <br /> human consumption. <br /> 3. The direct discharge of wastewater to surface waters or surface water <br /> drainage courses is prohibited. <br /> 4. Reclaimed wastewaters used for irrigation shall be managed to minimize <br /> erosion and runoff and be confined to the 13 acres described in Finding <br /> No. 2. <br /> 5. All runoff from irrigation of these 13 acres shall be returned to the <br /> City of Stockton oxidation ponds. <br /> 6. The use of reclaimed wastewater shall not result in a nuisance due to <br /> odors, unsightliness, or disease vectors. <br /> 7. Uses made of reclaimed wastewaters must comply with the provisions of <br /> Articles 2, 3, 4, and 5, Chapter 4, Division 4, Title 22, of the <br /> California Administrative Code, and, further, the landowner or operator <br /> must obtain written approval from the Regional Board Executive Officer <br /> prior to use of reclaimed wastewater for uses other than those listed in <br /> Specification No. 1. <br /> B. Provisions: <br /> 1. Frank Pellegri shall comply with the following: <br /> a. The irrigated land shall have a minimum setback of 50 feet from <br /> the nearest roadways (s) . <br /> b. Post signs every 350 feet stating "Sewage Disposal Area - Keep Out". <br /> c. Grade the land to prevent ponding <br /> d. Not use spray irrigation metods. <br /> 2. The landowner shall comply with the attached Quarterly Reporting Pro- <br /> gram as ordered by the Executive Officer <br /> 3. The landonwer shll report promptly to the Board any material change <br /> or proposed change in the character, location, or volume of the dis- <br /> charge. <br /> 4. The Board will review this Order periodically and may revise require- <br /> ments when necessary. <br /> 2 - <br />
