Chevron is the primary responsible party for the UST contamination <br /> investigation and should work in cooperation with Lincoln Properties. <br /> The coordination of the investigation and remediation of the commingled plumes and <br /> cooperation of the responsible parties would be better managed by one oversight agency. Per <br /> discussion with SJCEHD staff, it is our understanding that you have concurred with this decision <br /> and will now be the lead agency for the site.
