You should address all <br /> reports and questions to Mr. James L. L. Barton, RG, at the CVRWQCB, Sacramento office. <br /> Previously, charges for the SJCEHD oversight activities were paid by the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board (SWRCB) through the Local Oversight Program contract. With this <br /> change in oversight responsibility, the SJCEHD will now invoice Chevron directly for permit <br /> processing and grout inspection activities. In order to initiate this process, Chevron must <br /> complete, sign and return the enclosed Master File Record(MFR) to the SJCEHD with $279 <br /> (3 hours @ $93/hr). Permits cannot be processed until this new account has been established. <br /> Please continue to send copies of all reports and correspondence related to this site to the <br /> SJCEHD.
