Clean daily. <br /> Several wall surfaces in kitchen are not smooth, cleanable, and non absorbent. Large ceiling area above ware washing area <br /> is peeling.All of these damaged areas shall be repaired and painted by 3 weeks.This is a repeat violation. <br /> One set of rest room floors and walls were remodeled (close to bar). Floors are not up to code and a small area has rubber <br /> coving. Rubber coving shall be removed and ceramic tile shall be installed by 3 weeks. <br /> Owner placed a large freezer in side room. Floors in this room have carpet. Floors were coolers and freezers are used, shall <br /> have floors that are not absorbent. In the near future, carpet shall be removed and replaced with a non absorbent material. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
