<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Debris observed throughout the kitchen facility,the followings were noted:

<br /> Dirty and sticky handle of 2 door True freezer in the kitchen,
<br /> Debris under the grill in the kitchen,
<br /> Debris on the floor of dish washing area,
<br /> Debris on the floor of the walk in cooler,
<br /> Grease build-up on the shelves in the walk in cooler,
<br /> Litter, rubbish and debris in the kitchen office,
<br /> Debris on the floor in the ice machine area,
<br /> Dust build-up on the shelves in the dry food storage area,
<br /> Immediately clean up these areas and maintain clean.
