The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for TIGER EXPRESS STORES as of April 01, 2020. Open violations from September 07, 2018 inspection Violation#5-Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. 300 pounds of carbon dioxide , 73.5 gallons of propane were found on site that have not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#6-Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is missing loading areas for the carbon dioxide and the fuel, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment fuel fill port locations . If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA".
