The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for TIGER EXPRESS STORES as of April 01, 2020. A training program was last submitted on 10/17/2014. Please make a submit the training program for 2018. Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, shall include safety procedures for the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the facility's emergency response plans and procedures. These training programs may take into consideration of each employee. Immediately prepare or update the facility's training program, log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#9-Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete,accurate,and up to date. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually.The facility section was submitted after 1/15/2018 on 7/6/2018 making the submital late. The last submital for the inventory and plans section was last submitted on 10/17/2014. Please submit the plans and inventory section for 2018. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year.
