30 December 2008
AGE-NC Project No. 08-1636
5.0. CONCLUSIONS
Based on the data collected at this site, AGE concludes:
• Soil at the site appears not to be impacted by the petroleum hydrocarbons,VOCs or metals.
• Based on the non-detection of analytes of concern at depths of between 5 and 70 feet bsg,
and ground water at a depth of 68 feet;it is unlikely surficial spillage of wastes will reach the
ground water table.
• No additional site assessment or soil remediation is needed at the site.
6.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the fmdings of this investigation,AGE recommends:
• No further environmental assessment.
7.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities.Findings were based upon analytical
results provided by an independent laboratory.Evaluation of the hydrogeologic conditions at the site
for the purpose of this investigation was made from a limited number of available data points (i.e.
soil samples, ground water samples) and subsurface conditions may vary away from these data
points. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional interpretations,
opinions and recommendations contained in this report.
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
