The in- <br /> spection and subsequent sample analyses revealed that neither toxic materials nor <br /> nitrates are of concern in the facility's stormwater ponds. The continued dis- <br /> charge of ail to these ponds , however, is unacceptable. <br /> We request that Jimco perform the following tasks within 60 days of the date of <br /> this letter: <br /> 1 . Remove the oil now floating on the pond. <br /> 2. Install an oil/water separation device to prevent oil from entering the <br /> sto rnwa ter ditch. <br /> 3. Dispose of or recycle the collected oil using a method -approved by this <br /> Office. <br /> 4. File a Report of Waste Discharge and filing fee with this office. The <br /> forms, fee schedule and additional information required are enclosed.
